HAVE YOU SEEN THIS BUILDING?

So have about a quarter million other people.

With over 96,000 visual exposures per day from the 395 Freeway, and a Virginia street address across from Meadowood Mall, well over half the local market is aware of the former MicroAge building. It's in a highly visible location in Reno's prime commercial area.

But that's about to change!

And become even better! Acquisition and design are completed and construction will begin this year in the new Meadowood Mall Way freeway interchange (NDOT project WA200015) doubling the impression time for the service exit. This new service road will also provide northbound traffic direct freeway access to the building and more direct freeway access from the building.

The demographics are excellent!

With cross-over traffic from Genesis hair salon, Party Universe and Bank of America, typical exposure is to small business and southwest Reno residents. This group is well above average in education, income and expenditures.
